your ADHD Coach and I'm here to help.
I know how it feels to try to make your brain wear a suit rather than go on side quests chasing squirrels. Turns out you can do both and have fun while you do!
I help ADHD and neurodiverse adults navigate overwhelm, rebuild self-trust, and create systems that actually work. I combine 15+ years of experience in tech, content strategy, UX, communication, mentoring, mediation, and the playful spirit of the circus with a deep understanding of neurodivergent brains.

Yes! Many of the tools we use work for everyone, but particularly those with many flavors of neurodiverse brains. I am self-diagnosed AuDHD and passionate about learning how Autism and ADHD work together in the brain.
